I was product responsible for KMD Føniks - a new membership, case management and benefit management solution for Danish unions and unemployment funds.I supervised a team of domain specialists and product owners who worked closely with four Scrum teams.

I held the management responsibility for technology-related areas: methods, processes, technologies, tools, competencies, technical partner relationships, and sales and delivery support.I established a new project and software development method ("Dolphin") based on PRINCE2 and agile principles.I established the “Architecture and Development Foundation” – a framework of reusable solution architectures, software components and best practices.

I was head of MatchWork's software development organisation.

I established and managed a development department (9 persons) based on solid software development methodology and Microsoft platforms.I sold and managed the delivery of solutions to the Egmont Group: Group intranet, group web sites, a solution for rights and royalty management and other internal solutions, all web-based.

I was responsible for establishing the first version of Maconomy’s prepackaged solution for the marketing communication industry. This involved identifying business and functional requirements and defining a web-based interface tailored to the industry’s roles and processes.I developed sales and marketing material and participated extensively in sales activities.I liaised between the sales and marketing organizations and the R&D organization. I was responsible for the product development roadmap.

I created a very successful software development department, which grew from 4 to 20 persons organized in three teams.I was responsible for the complete R&D organization’s recruitment activities, a responsibility that remained with me until I left Maconomy.I established software development methods, processes and standards that were instrumental in supporting the rapid growth of the department and the product.I was product manager for Maconomy’s project management and accounting functionality.I had extensive customer contact (pre-sales, after-sales, presentations to customer groups).

I was responsible for the design and development of the first version of Maconomy’s project management and accounting functionality, which became – and as of today continues to be – the cornerstone of Maconomy’s position in the PSA marketplace.I contributed to the design and development of ERP functionality across the full Maconomy product (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, supply chain management).
