With an illustrious tenure of over 10 years as a part-time Business and Entrepreneurship lecturer at JKUAT campuses, 4 years at CUK, 1 year at PUEA, and 1 year at KIM, I bring a wealth of experience to academic instruction. My journey, post my Ph.D. in entrepreneurship conferred in June 2017, led me to voluntarily mentor students in proposal and thesis writing. This pivotal experience fueled my commitment to writing, which evolved into a successful career.A published academic, my work includes five articles on innovation management in reputable refereed journals.
