Estate Management• Increase existing client relationships and identify / establish new ones• preparation of valuation reports to assist clients in acquiring mortgages• Generate commission and fee incomes on clients acquisition; that is through valuations and property sales.• Identify new business opportunities, develop and prepare market presentations and communicate with Clients’ about upcoming real estate development and wealth management opportunities • Assist in developing and implementing property investment ideas based upon clients' investment objectives and relative value considerations• Educating clients about various products and opportunities e.g property investment.• Assist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities and management• identify customer issues or concerns through knowledge of their personality• Proactively take ownership and accountability for Customers satisfaction• Pay regular visits to prospective clients with a view of establishing good relationships with them• Write highest and best use analysis and carry out credit appraisals for approval by the board of directors• Ensure timely updating of comprehensive database information on all existing relationships and prospects• Maintain and update all assets managed by Homenet Zambia• Adverse clients on the highest and best use of their properties• Preparation of periodic reports on the maintenance of the property portfolio

• Preparation of Property Valuation Reports and Sales Trackers• Collection and scrutiny of quotations for property maintenance purposes• Preparation of Bid Documents• Property Management – Residential and commercial properties• Property Investment Advisory• Collection and Reconciliation of Rentals on behalf of clients• Advise customers on mortgage applications through Public Service Pensions Fund• Project Management• Property Sales and Marketing• Property development and feasibility studies• Carry out trainings on property investment opportunities
