Currently, Smart Therapy LLC. provides exceptional occupational and physical therapy services to local school districts in MS. Our goal in the school sector is to provide assistance to students with physical and/or developmental limitations in order to increase their ability to reach their maximum educational potential. In addition, we provide monitoring services to enhance a student's program development and to assist the teacher with goal development and therapeutic resources. We also provide pediatric services in the home and outpatient setting.

Conduct consultations, evaluations, and implement interventions for clients with cognitive, physical, and musculoskeletal deficits in acute/inpatient settings.

Conduct screening, evaluations, and implement interventions on transitional rehab unit for clients with cognitive, physical, and musculoskeletal deficits.

Leads the rehab staff through provision of direction and training support. Acts as a department head and member of facility management team. Coordinates all rehab activities and communications. Serves as a teacher/trainer for caregiver staff regarding rehab issues. Assists in clinical program development. Compiles all rehab reports and statistics. Assures that all rehab billing is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Assures denial management process and chart audits are in place. Supervises all registered therapists, assistants, and aides in the rehab department. Serves as a treating therapist to provide screens, assessment and treatment of residents.

Conduct screening, supervisory visits for COTA's, evaluations, and implement interventions for clients with cognitive, physical, and musculoskeletal deficits.

Conduct AT evaluations and provide consultation regarding students with developmental deficits.

Provision of School-based Occupational Therapy Interventions

Provided evaluations and interventions to clients with a variety of musculoskeletal, cumulative trauma, and post-cva deficits in an outpatient setting.
