As an assistant manager of technical documentation at Metro-North Railroad, I create and manage documents that support the safety, maintenance, and operation of the railroad system. I apply my background in game design programming, which I obtained from Full Sail University, to produce engaging and interactive content that enhances the user experience and learning outcomes. I also collaborate with engineers, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of the documentation.In addition, I am the CEO and project manager of graphics design at M-One Designz LLC, a company that I founded in 2001. I lead and oversee the development of graphics and other design based projects that leverage my design skills. I am passionate about creating unique and innovative solutions that delight and inspire the end users. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools that can help me achieve my mission and vision.
