Responsible for a legacy in-house system for Structured Products, managing the entire life cycle from idea capture & advisory through to barrier monitoring & trade notification. Over a period of 18 months, we renovated the code base via TDD, SOLID, XP and Scrum. I was responsible for promoting and implementing agile techniques within the team such as refactoring, continuous integration, various levels of automated testing (from unit to system-wide), and automated deployments.
