Coordinated late night weekend programs and events for underclassmen every Friday and Saturday night to detour drinking and help provide alternative safe programming during peak party times on campus. Utilizing a $90,000 budget to book artist, performers, experiences, petting zoos, bowling alleys, and create from scratch several fun and worthy programs that appeal to students. Recruited Student event coordinators by posting job postings on handshake and on job boards throughout the community. Conducted interviews and a thorough hiring process that included training new hires and developing learning objectives for each new hire. Also responsible for semi annual reviews which included strengths and weaknesses to address with each employee in accordance to their specific learning objectives.

Developed several webpages to create a better ease of access to the employee portal Known as "The Lobby." Cross trained on several customer care and retention strategies during this experience. Answered phone calls for Hilton from all over the world and helped customers find the hotel, book rooms, and helped in general customer care and reservations needs. I also worked with other interns from all over the world and developed strategies to improve the newly developed app and marketing strategies to roll out the app's ability to unlock the guest rooms.

Coordinating events from the early planning stages to breaking them down. Budgeted and supervised all events, site selection, contracts, outside vendors, negotiations, promotions, food and beverage management, and related technology. Very proficient in hospitality/ Business law, supervision and management strategies.
