I oversaw external relations for EDSK, the Education and Skills think tank. This included our network of partners, other organisations, politicians and parliamentarians.

I was part of a project to shake up British politics with a new party. I left after deciding it would not succeed, following the collapse of Change UK.As well as leading fundraising operations, I also worked across the organisation, in particular in contributing to wider strategy.

I oversaw the start up of a new Fundraising and Development department for the Zoological Society of East Anglia, the charity that operates Africa Alive! and Banham Zoo as well as supporting overseas conservation. I delivered a full charity rebrand and oversaw GDPR implementation for the charity.My role involved both fundraising strategy and directly.

I ran my own business specialising in providing campaigns and fundraising services to the Liberal Democrats. This included an in house call centre, artworking services as well as providing personal consulting on fundraising and campaigns. Following the 2017 election, I struggled to align some of my values with Lib Dem policy so I worked with suppliers to.

I covered an area covering 1/4 of the United Kingdom, working with volunteer branches and armed forces service committees. In this role I focused on changing perceptions of fundraising from low value events towards high value fundraising.

I worked with volunteers in the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. I was also responsible for working to develop smaller sized corporate relationships with local and regional businesses and to spread ideas amongst volunteers within the region. In this role I successfully increased income year on year, accurately budgeting for the year.

Firstly a local election campaign where we made net gains and then the 2010 General Election where the seat was retained with an increased majority.
