Entrusted with the management and execution of each contract, ensuring adherence to scope and budget as outlined in the Statements of Work (SOWs). Additionally, played a pivotal role in identifying and responding to Requests for Proposals, contributing to the expansion of the company's presence within the FDA.• Built, from the ground up, drove and managed the operations of one 12-person team planning, coordinating, and executing several small- and large-scale meetings and events between the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and academia and industry partners, while managing a yearly operations budget of $3.8M.• Developed and implemented all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and procedures for the team.• Drove the planning and coordination for numerous large scale public meetings between FDA, academia, and the general public.• Provided oversight and management for an eight-person team of clinical data scientists creating Safety Data Analysis Plans for new drugs, while managing a budget of $1.7M.• Provided oversight and guidance to two administrative professionals across two distinct task orders valued at $500K.• Interfaced with senior leaders within the FDA to ensure the teams on each task order produced outputs that were in line with expectations, regulations, and standards.• Accurately managed the four labor budgets in the Base Years, and accurately forecasted labor hours for Option Years, where the budget was decreased by 30%.• Acted as a critical link between the teams and SFI’s management and FDA leadership.• Verified the preparation and accuracy of all invoices generated across all task orders to ensure 100% accuracy before billing FDA.
