• Work with Pre-Construction team on subcontractor scope reviews• Work with Project Engineer to secure all necessary permits• Put together a complete pre-construction schedule coordinating all trades priorto breaking ground• Coordinate site fences, stripping & clear/fill, demolition of existing structures, draft pre-construction letters to neighbors, and assist getting pre-construction drone/photos2. Supervision & Coordination of Construction Activity• Coordinate all survey’s needed for piles, building envelope, utilities, etc.• Coordinate & schedule all trades as initially scheduled during pre-constructionactivities. • Responsible for all inspections required by the local jurisdiction. • Provide jobsite coordination between trades to ensure that each trade is set upfor efficient and effective installation.• Coordinate getting all materials to the jobsite. • Attend and be proactive with jobsite walk throughs as needed with the Owner• Ensure all jobsites meet OSHA safety compliance. i. Includes putting up guardrails, inspecting scaffold, etc.3. Subcontract & Selection Oversight• Work with office staff to issue subcontracts on projects supervised• Work with office staff and project interior designer on setting milestoneschedule, task management, selections, etc. required for all administrativeoversight of each project.4. Final Phase / Post-Construction• Complete a construction punch-list with warranty/punch-list in order to be proactive in gettingthe punch work done efficiently.• Communicate punch list with all trades• Complete home-owner walk through and compile their final punch list• Manager home-owner final punch prior to move-in• Work with interior designer as necessary for furniture / staging process• Coordination/install protection of finish product including floor, countertops,etc.
