• Improved performance of Rural Oklahoma zone from achieving <$10M annually in parts and service revenue to consistently contributing $10M - $12M.
• Cultivated strong relationships and partnered with influential dealer to ensure success. CEO of Ford would call on these dealers to discuss new ideas/strategies.
• Discovered and corrected critical data discrepancy, enabling turnaround performance of Dallas Metro zone from ranking 6/6 to ranking 1/6 to contribute $80M to $100M in revenues.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• As Aftermarket Zone Manager, I worked with Ford Authorized Dealers (FADs) to support business efforts relative to parts, logistics, returns, and account management to assist FADs to grow in the Motor Craft space. I.
• Implemented regular planning/strategy meetings with all leadership levels within FADs.
• Led grassroots marketing efforts and designed/executed highly effective marketing campaigns, including special events to drive brand awareness. The annual Ford-sponsored Vendor Night at FAD in Houston resulted in 5%.
• Spearheaded sponsorship of drag race events in partnership with Race Teams.

• In this role, I managed a 3-state territory comprising 24 wholesale dealers. I developed and worked with dealers to implement a wholesale parts strategy, targeting mechanical parts (alternators, starters, batteries.
• Improved combined dealers’ performance to deliver $150M+ in parts revenue, representing a $50M increase from previous year.
• Developed and implemented a Mechanical Parts strategy to realize a 15% to 18% increase in sales year-over-year. Revenues for collision (sheet metal) sales continued to grow organically.
