I am a freelance filmmaker and aspiring cinematographer based in the DMV. My passion is to capture beautiful images that create compelling stories that engage the emotions and feelings of my audience. My greatest strength is creating a comprehensive visual experience for my viewers. I am detail-oriented. For example, I prioritize organization and pre-production in a process that yields high-quality products. My background in the Marines taught me to stay calm in dynamic environments. And, simultaneously remaining patient and showing respect for my fellow crew members.I graduated from Towson University with a degree in Electronic Media and Film. I have a lifelong love of learning and have made it my mission to learn something new in my field daily. I have served in leadership roles since high school. For example, team soccer captain, a member of the student government, and further into my military service as a United States Marine. While attending Towson University I was a founding father of a fraternity and served on the executive board for 3 years. I recognize the link between effective leadership and team success. I am committed to personal excellence, and that shows up in my attitude, work products, and teamwork. I am mission and team-oriented, which means excellence in work products includes developing meaningful relationships with my peers, team, and stakeholders.
