I am a creative director, digital storyteller, model, community maker, and educator, with a doctorate in curriculum and teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University. I am committed to the transformative work of balancing cultural programming initiatives, visuals, and engagement strategies in While seeking community through a restorative wilderness experience, I observed that few of these spaces are accessible to women of color. I went on to be the founder of Mamas Who Dream, an organization uniquely focused on designing and spearheading wilderness retreats for mothers of color through an economically sustainable and financially equitable model. My through line is tackling spaces and places with a focus on caregivers and children of color and Black parenting. My latest initiative, Our House Baltimore, seeks to transform the notion of a children’s recreational space into a multigenerational play area with offerings for adults and children alike. Expertise: Community Programming & Outreach, Digital Media, Qualitative Research and Data Analysis, Early Childhood Education, Project Management, Operations Management, Cultural Programming Curation, Event Coordination & Production, Talent Acquisition
