I had a role as summer cleaner, cleaning Canterbury Christ Church University accommodation through the recruitment agency Adecco. In this role I had to display urgency, thoroughness and a keen attitude to work. I received training in terms of cleaning chemicals, fire safety and lifting procedures.

I had to interact and help customers in any way I could. I was required to stack and clean shelves to improve selling capabilities. One of my additional roles was to accurately and quickly count the money from self-service machines at the end of the night. Occasionally I was called upon to handle small managerial roles, such as reducing items and some computer work.
