From weddings to corporate meetings and community functions, the venue combines industrial charm with modern amenities, offering a memorable experience for every guest.This project reflects my dedication to preserving and revitalizing local history, as the Westclox Event Center brings people together in a setting that honors the past while embracing the present. It has become a place where families, businesses, and community members can connect and create lasting memories, bridging generations and showcasing the legacy of a landmark that continues to inspire and unite our community.

As the founder of the Westclox Museum, I started this project to preserve and share the history of the iconic Westclox Factory, a cornerstone of our community in Peru, IL. What began as a modest collection of 20 pieces has grown into a nonprofit museum with over 10,000 artifacts, attracting more than 25,000 visitors each year. The museum is free to the public and serves as a tribute to the hardworking individuals who made Westclox products a household name.This museum is a community endeavor, built to celebrate and remember the industrial heritage that shaped our town and touched countless lives. Here, visitors can view vintage clocks, rare memorabilia, photographs, and personal stories that capture the spirit of Westclox’s heyday. Our mission is to provide a space where local history is preserved and appreciated, offering a sense of pride and connection for all who visit.The Westclox Museum isn’t just a glimpse into the past—it’s a gathering place for our community, dedicated to honoring our shared history and inspiring future generations.
