Trained apprentices in the installation, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of all security systems. Helped the company achieve accreditation from SSAIB with both office and site based work. Managed teams in large scale installations with minimal interference to premises, and with minimal disruption to existing systems. Managed other engineering staff, and greatly improved the efficiency and working standards within both the office and to engineers on site. With SSAIB accreditation the company managed to accrue large scale contracts, across both the private and public sectors.
