A graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis. My areas of study, and passions, were in the Race, Gender, Sexuality Studies and Political Science spheres. I am currently working for Hitachi Astemo Indiana Inc. as an HR Generalist.My role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including completing new hire tasks from offer letter through new hire orientation; conflict resolution; and recruiting. I believe that every employee deserves a welcoming and inclusive work environment, and I strive to create a culture that reflects those values. In my role, I have been able to build on my knowledge of HR systems, primarily ADP and Workday, as well as make strides in my professional career in the sphere of Human Resources.
