Tasked with optimising the Victoza supply chain when performing sponsored clinical studies. Thiswas achieved by mapping the complete supply chain, finding constraints and resolving them. In addition a tool was developed and deployed to Novo Nordisk and independent doctors to streamline and optimize the supply chain.
