Client: Tier 1 Pharmaceuticals and Life SciencesERP system implementation, supply chain/procurement planning, system improvement through agile releases, process mapping and improvement, and system training lead.

Experience in Adoption & Change Management, Agile Transformation, and Power BI environment build.

Led the operational and tactical relationship with 3 electronic systems and 2 cargo handling suppliers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Daily tasks included PO management, payment assurance, inventory analysis, and factory load schedule adherence to ensure BCA production lines are supported.Additionally, I led cross functional engineering and quality teams to perform root cause corrective action for all quality escapes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with my partners to exceed part reliability promises made to airline customers.

Represented the Wisconsin School of Business as an ambassador for our partnering universities in Europe, Asia, and South America. I worked as an advisor both academically and financially for UW students planning to study abroad, as well as mentoring incoming exchange students with assimilating into the UW culture on campus.

Major areas of focus: RCCA, Re-work hour cost analysis, and supplier non-conformance mitigation.

Established a streamlined aftermarket parts ordering system that allows all three CAT branches (Australia, South Africa, and North America) to pool their demand and obtain maximized economies of scale with our supply base.
