Administrative support and office management to 50 mechanics, 5 supervisors and 1 foreman, including payroll timekeeping, processing vacation requests, calibration management, maintaining personnel records, producing letters, reports and managing engraving duties for shipyard.

Executive administrative assistance to CO, Training and Operations Officer, made travel arrangements, processed travel claims, and managed a ship-wide training budget of over $200,000. Maintained ship schedule, record management of 250+ personnel, generated and evaluated monthly training reports, and performed weekly audits of departmental procedures and policies. Direct supervision of 25 sailors on a daily basis, including training, completion of multiple projects, scheduling/deconfliction of appointments and vacation requests. Operated several AEGIS/Link tactical systems, along with served as air controller for MH-60B helicopters and P-3 antisubmarine aircraft during anti-submarine warfare missions.

Provided clerical/administrative assistance to three Vice Presidents, including scheduling, drafting business letters and email correspondence, maintaining client records, reviewing resumes, copying/faxing, direct mail of weekly payroll checks, ordered office supplies, maintaining office cleanliness and answered multi-line phone system, greeted clients and escorted to interview rooms

Aided clients with their personal/business investment accounts by fixing account problems, aiding with tax preparation questions while operating six computer systems to gather this information

Created and managed all marketing products, databases, mass mailings, admin duties for 7 sites throughout the United States. Interacted with site managers, inside salesmen, company executives via email, phone conferences, and personal meetings daily
