I have tried out different roles at big companies and early-stage startups around the greater Seattle area, and Orange County California, and watching more “find your passion” keynotes than I’d like to admit. I have had to from time to time assure my parents that, yes, I do have a real job. Through this I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m really good at two things: making websites and digital experiences easier for consumers and building really /really/ great teams.After flying for over 65 consecutive weeks from Seattle to Orange County, CA I have decided that I would like to keep my landing gears deployed for a while and find a job that’s a bit closer to home. During all that travel I launched 4 websites, 47 products, received 2 prestigious awards, and managed a team of 15 US based personnel and 40 people in total across the world. Working in the digital space is something I’m very passionate about. I am a user experience design leader who enjoys mentoring a team to deliver creative solutions that’ll blow your socks off.I am focused above all on customer needs, but also I have a keen understanding of business drivers.
