Launched an internal start-up business project—Sheridan Technology Labs. Created a research and development division of the company to produce complementary technology services and products, such as content management systems, smartphone and tablet apps, ecommerce systems, augmented reality and other advanced media distribution methods for catalogs, books, journals and magazines.

Sheridan Books is a $60M hard and soft cover book manufacturing facility employing 350 people on 3 shifts in two facilities. Crafted a strategy and led the transformation of operations through a plant expansion and transition to full production integration and automation. Practiced the Theory of Constraints in production decision-making and Deming principals for continuous process improvement.Special Assignment: Global Print Network. Part of an elite team of business leaders and technologists that designed and launched a Global Print Network for a worldwide 'distribute and print' workflow. Frequently traveled to Europe to work with an international team to architect the production platform and open facilities in The Netherlands, The United States and Singapore.
