Working as an interior designer during the past 12 years, and as a Leader-Manager currently has taught me that every project is different and unique in its own way,regardless of your industry. The collaboration between clientand designercreates a strong relationship between end-user and brand. As a Design Manager, for me, the art of delivering an optimal living space requires interference, human resource elements, creativity by both customer and design team. To achieve and forge such a bond,it is necessary to possess solid design management skills,a good sense of aesthetic, and sufficient insights of the principles for creating quality living space.
