- Follow up and make a suitable recruitment plan based on current requirements; KPIs andbudget;- Prepare up to date recruitment resources and materials;- Conduct an end to end recruitment process including sourcing; sorting; interviewing;offering, onboarding, and following up;- Research to catch up with new trends; tools; other resources on the market;- Cooperate with stakeholders; vendors in recruitment cooperation;- Ensure all entrance training activities acquired by new Teachers.

- Support HR Teacher team in all teacher recruitment's activities, such as: Job description, Job Posting, tests & interviews procedure, contact candidates.- Source of CVs management: find out the best network for source development.- Responsible for building and managing external relationships with talents in the back office area.- Responsible for developing through internet searches, networking, and cold calling the generated talent to develop strong qualified candidate pool.- Leverage existing partnerships with key universities, students organizations, professional associations, job fair.- Responsible for developing through internet searches, networking, and cold calling the generated talent to develop strong qualified candidate pool.

- Post on social networks to attract candidates;- Conduct screening, pre-interview, arrange interview schedule for candidates.

- Edit photos, post on social media, job search sites to find candidates;- Conduct a preliminary interview to select the right candidate for the job.
