I am adept at communication, implementation and follow through.SKILLS:Communication • Community Building • Training & Development • Technology Integration As Rebuilding Together Duneland Volunteer Coordinator/Logistics, I join with local community members to get involved and make an impact in our community by:~ engaging both skilled-trades and unskilled volunteers to build our capacity through anumber of opportunities, including hands-on repair work, warehouse management, client education inhealthy housing or home maintenance, and to serve in special roles on rebuilding days (ex: safety, supplies/materials runners, photographers). ~ ensuring volunteers receive a proper orientation to Rebuilding Together’s work, and are placed with appropriate rebuilding projects based on skill/experience. ~ implementing project evaluations to continuously improve the quality of volunteer experiences, as well as show our appreciation to volunteers for their service to our clients.GO HERE TO VOLUNTEER! http://www.rtduneland.org/volunteer/rt-duneland-volunteer.php
