Served as the direct contact between the OHL team and our production clients - Sony Pictures Television and NBC Universal. General responsibilities include on-boarding new clients, scheduling the intake, collections and admin teams according to the production schedules, as well as assisting clients with any questions throughout the day. Day to day tasks include communicating important information across multiple email chains, entering data into spreadsheets, as well as fielding phone calls from clients regarding any last minute needs.
