The UX team defines all aspects of the vehicle digital ecosystem in Europe. I play a crucial role in multiple award-winning digital products for commercial and passenger vehicles, including fleet management systems, vehicle owner APPs, in-vehicle information systems(IVIS), charging management platform, etc.With the contribution of the UX team, BYD vehicles are launched in EU successfully with end-to-end experience.

I led a fleet management project that helps organizations to optimize their fleet performances. The project started from scratch and now is being used by our customers. The design won 3 IF Design awards in 2021, within the category of UX, UI, and service design.As a project manager and scrum master, I was responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of the project on time, to budget and agreed quality. I have honed my organizational skills by leading collabrations with cross-department teams, developed a deep understanding of the Agile & waterfall principles and best practices required to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. My tasks as a designer were conducting qualitative and quantitative user & market research, defining the product roadmap, creating clean and understandable UX/UI.

Therapieland had an outdated system and needed a change. As the only UX/UI designer in the company, I was part of the IT team and worked closely with the product owner and developers, within a fast-paced Agile environment.I was responsible for defining and designing an innovative e-Health platform, starting from researching the unknown, brainstorming UX solutions, usability testing, product implementation and iteration. Now the system is used by 250,000 users every day.
