Adam Chan is currently a Research Assistant at The Department of Social Work, under the supervisions of Dr. To Siu-ming (Associate Professor). He is responsible for the following research projects: 1. Program Evaluation and Impact Assessment of the Youth Service Innovation Programme; &2. Community-based Intervention of the Career and Life Adventure Planning for Youth Project (CLAP for Youth@JC).- Responsible for Qualitative Research; - Designing and developing Interview Guides;- Leading focus group interviews & conducting field observations; - Conducting literature review; - Organising, coding and analysing data;- Writing research reports and publishing journals;- Preparing budgets for project management and budget virement;- Providing administrative support for academic interviews including but not limited to screening, liaising, data organisation and managing video conference tools (eg. Skype and Zoom); - Acting as contact point and maintaining close relationships with stakeholders and funder;- Organising and maintaining online platforms and social media account(eg. Wordpress and Facebook Page).

Monitoring the trend of international affairs; Publishing research results.
