I am proudly starting my 6th year in the real estate profession. My first three years I worked hard to earn the honors of Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer through PWAR. I currently work with The Red Stone Group at Sampson Properties as a Realtor and Team Lead. Previously I worked with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, PenFed Realty where my team and I succeeded in earning the Chairman's Gold award for the last three years and being in the top 2% in sales for the company. I truly enjoy helping buyers find the home of their dreams whether it be there first home or last. I am a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, allowing me to help buyers select homes at the correct price and sellers to achieve top dollar for their home. I am also a certified American Warrior Real Estate Professional where I am versed in working with Military personnel and their families to buy or sell their home with the top notch service I provide.Prior to real estate, I owned an award winning landscaping company that serviced the Northern Virginia area for over 5 years. I was a state certified Horticulturist where I was able to offer scientific advice to clients, retail customers, nursery sales, landscape installation, even in lawn or maintenance environments. I was also qualified to stamp and approve engineer, landscape architect, or design plans requiring vegetation installation.  Before I started my own company I worked over 10 years in the retail and restaurant industries ending my time managing for one of the largest retailers in the world, with a $90+ million dollar a year store. Their I was responsible for budgeting, P & L, inventory and over 350 employees.I graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Management with a specialization in Human Resources. I was president of both the GMU chapters of the Society for the Advancement of Management (SAM) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). I was selected as one of the top 5 business students in nation by the national chapter of SAM as well as earning top honors at GMU as the President's Student Leadership Award recipient, recognizing both my academic and community achievements. I love to coach my three sons' baseball teams and have done so for 7 years now. I coach both at the rec level and travel level as well. I am on the Board of Directors for the Woodbridge Little League and for Competitive Edge Baseball in Woodbridge, VA.
