I’m responsible for testing of superconducting cavities and modules in cryogenic conditions. First as Ph.D. student and later as employee of Institute for Nuclear Physics I was analysing data and looking for specific correlations from RISING detector array in GSI (Darmstadt, Germany). My thesis was about angular momentum distribution in fragmentation reaction of heavy ions at relativistic energies. I also took part in number of experiments in GSI, INFN LNL (Legnaro, Italy), GANIL (Caen, France) and number of international conferences.During this period I acquired knowledge in following topics:software to acquire and analyse experimental data, statistics in sciencededicated software and scripts to analyse data (C,C++,Fortran)operation of nuclear physics detectors and electronics

I was coordinating a group of programmers working for StudentNews.pl Group. My task was selecting promising projects, estimating required time and skills, break project into tasks, allocate tasks for selected employees. I was also responsible for recruitment of programmers. During this period, for one year I was working in sales, with direct contact with clients advertising on websites belonging to Studennews Group. And for one year I was CEO of Studentnews.eu (subsidiary company) - learning how to run a company and gathering experience before MBA programme.
