Human Resources Staffing Coordinator

- Maintain records of personnel-related data including payroll, personal information, leaves, and turnover rates, in both paper and the database- Ensure all employment requirements are met in partnership with screening agency- Support the recruitment/hiring process by greeting candidates, performing background, employment and educational verifications in partnership with screening agency- Assist in shortlisting and reviewing temp agency pre-screening, and credentialing packets- Help supervisors with performance management procedures- Collaborate with Trainer/Recruiter in scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, and assist in establishing the team agenda- Assist Trainer/Recruiter with scheduling and implementing new hire orientations, CBH Mandatory, and other new hire trainings- Attend recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events with Trainer/Recruiter- Perform orientations, onboarding and updating of records with new hires and produce/submit reports on turnover, and staff rosters- Produce clearance reports and notify staff via the telephone and email when they need to be renewed in conjunction with screening agency- Manage the Applicant Tracking System by tracking, screening, staging and closing out positions- Coordinate, attend and track outreach to government and social service agencies to satisfy Department of Labor requirements for qualified candidates- Submit new users and practitioner’s list to add to myAvatar.- Report on unstaffed cases daily and/or weekly and TSS productivity in collaboration with the Sr. Operations Analyst- Track authorizations and obtain staff signatures on case assignment form, including client authorization period and assigned lead on the case- Collaborate with the Community Based Director, Unit Director, Project Directors, STS Supervisor, and Trainer/Recruiter to secure staffing and coverage for all unstaffed cases
