As a facilitator for the Advancing Health Equity in Ontario training program at Ontario Health, I am dedicated to strengthening staff capacity in embracing and integrating principles of equity, inclusion, diversity, and anti-racism into our organizational culture and operations. I actively contribute to fostering a workplace environment that recognizes and addresses the impact of social determinants of health, unconscious bias, privilege, power, oppression, racism, and allyship. Through this program, I engage participants in thought-provoking discussions and provide comprehensive training on these critical topics.

I successfully led the development of Ontario Health's corporate strategy on chronic disease prevention, overseeing the Ontario Health Chronic Disease Prevention Strategy from 2020 to 2023. Throughout this multi-year initiative, I closely monitored the strategy's implementation and effectively managed projects that furthered its objectives.I supported the strategy's execution, developed evidence summaries, formulated responses to government consultations, and conducted analysis for statistical reports, notably the Ontario Health Prevention System Quality Index report series.I built robust partnerships both within Ontario Health and with external partners such as government agencies, public health entities, and non-governmental organizations. By fostering strong relationships, I facilitated collaboration and synergy with key partners. I actively collaborated with the leadership team and the Ontario Health Prevention Advisory Committee to identify opportunities for joint efforts and enhance engagement with our partners.

I led the development of health system response resources for rapid antigen testing that provide planning and implementation guidance for organizations conducting on-site screening for COVID-19 as part of the Provincial Antigen Screening Program.

I led the planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives aligning with Cancer Care Ontario's strategic plan: "Navigating the Diagnostic Phase of Cancer – Ontario’s Strategic Directions 2014 to 2018."I fostered strong collaboration with Provincial Cancer Leads and Regional Cancer Programs to drive the provincial program focused on the diagnostic phase of cancer. Oversaw comprehensive performance management across 45 lung, colorectal, and prostate Diagnostic Assessment Programs throughout the province.I provided support to the Group Manager in daily operations, including managing funding agreements, executing business planning tasks, and facilitating the recruitment and training of team members.

I led and facilitated the implementation and maintenance of programmatic quality improvement initiatives to drive the success of the provincial program. I developed a wide range of strategic tools and resources to empower effective business planning and decision-making. This included creating comprehensive briefing notes, performance reports, process maps, executive summaries, and impactful presentations.To support project and programmatic goals, I conducted both qualitative and quantitative analyses, including extensive environmental scans. These analyses provided valuable insights and enabled informed decision-making throughout the initiative.

I provided clinical assessment and treatment in Altum Health's musculoskeletal WSIB Specialty Programs. I also conducted research and analysis of a broad range of service delivery issues within WSIB Specialty Programs and outpatient services.

I provided clinical assessment and treatment in a private outpatient clinic. In this role, I also provided clinical supervision and mentorship, training, and performance appraisals for physiotherapy residents from accredited physiotherapy programs.
