With a comprehensive background in Project Management, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Bachelor's degree in English, and a Higher National Diploma in Construction and Building Environment from the UK, I believe I possess the skills and experience necessary to contribute effectively to the team I work in.My journey in the engineering industry began as a Junior Site Engineer immediately after completing my Diploma, where I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of construction projects. Subsequently, I served as a Civil Site Engineer at Capital Build Myanmar for a year and Igreen Construction for 1 year and 8 months. At Igreen Construction, I assumed the role of Senior Site Engineer for the Nat Mauk Project, successfully overseeing the project from its initiation to completion. This experience equipped me with a deeper understanding of Civil Management work.Following my tenure at Igreen Construction, I co-founded BCA company, where I assumed the role of a strategic consultant concurrently. Driven by my commitment to advancing the field of project management within the construction industry, I recognized the importance of maintaining a continuous presence and contributing to professional development. This realization led me to work for full time job as Project Engineer and establish Milestone Maven, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through comprehensive lectures and training sessions on Project Management strategies tailored specifically for the construction sector.I bring to the table outstanding organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills, all of which have been honed through my diverse experiences in the field.
