- Marketing and technical sales of food ingredients and raw materials from several multinational companies.- Communicates technical concerns of customers to suppliers and provides solutions to production or process difficulties.- Provides cost-optimizing ingredients and processes.- Provides new and innovative ingredients (starches, cocoa powder, polyols, fruit acids, phosphates, etc) for the food industry (bakery, convenience, beverages, confectionery).- Handles the Zamboanga region, aside from Luzon clients.- Sales representative of the ISO 9001:2015 team.

- Provides technical service or assistance to the customers in coordination with the sales executives and sales manager.- Coordinates with the suppliers on the technical documents (specs, COA, MSDS, Halal, Kosher, HACCP, etc) being required by the customer. Answers inquiries of the customers pertaining to this matter.- Conducts inspection and investigation on claims and complaints being raised by the customers and being encountered on Hamburg Trading’s own shipments. Prepares report and monitors the progress of the claims or complains until fully settled.- Writes Standard Operating Procedures, forms and checklists for warehousing operations and makes necessary revisions.- Conducts internal quality audits and prepares Corrective and Preventive Action Plans for the warehouse.- Conducts internal audits for warehouse personnel.- Coordinates with the warehouse supervisor on the products for delivery and controls lot or batch numbers for delivery.- Prepares documents for incoming materials for warehousing. Conducts inspection of stock in coordination with the warehouse supervisor.- Prepares monthly report on summary of import statistics provided by 3rd party agency.- Secures necessary permit and license required by the FDA.
