At RGA, I worked for the Client and Marketing Services team, which supports the U.S. Mortality Markets Business Development department. We develop and carry out many processes for consistency and efficiency of service offerings. The CMS Team is in charge of all U.S. client communications which include: webcasts, newsletters, research bulletins, holiday cards etc. Additionally while at RGA, I was the content coordinator for the USMM Business Development SharePoint site and worked widely with Contact Relationship Management software as the U.S. Regional Representative. As a business development analyst, I supplied our Vice Presidents a compiled summary of our current client relationship in prep for upcoming meetings.
