Advertising production agency. Responsible for recording, mixing, editing, and delivery of audio media for 3000+ clients. Our products and services consisted of web marketing, in store, on hold, auto attendant, interactive, and educational. In addition to this I offered remote support and troubleshooting for any of our products in the field, I managed studio inventory, and managed the day to day operations of the studio department when manager was not present.

Co Produced independent horror film on a micro budget.Main responsibilities included managing post production efforts for the film as well as all media development including design and implementation of website and promotional audio and visual materials such as trailers. Other ancillary responsibilities included recruiting crew members, accounting of film funds, contracts, legal management and record keeping. Recorded all field audio for the film as well as ADR. I cleaned up and mixed all primary audio in post production with selected music, effects and foley. My duties were extended to include the final editing and rendering of the film on Final Cut Pro, as well as the final design and authoring for the DVD.The movie premiered in September 2008 at Chandler Cinemas in Chandler Arizona. It had a month long run concluding on Halloween 2008. The film also gained acceptance into the Xanadu film festival in Las Vegas, Nevada, where it played at The Plaza Hotel April 17th-18th 2009. Later on we managed to secure a small round of distribution through WorldWide media, and the DVD was available through Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc. Although this project was not on a large scale by any means, its served as a true learning experience.

Mastered various forms of music for a wide range of clients that represented many genres of music, from hip hop to new age. My job was to review their tracks with a critical ear and make necessary adjustments to dynamics, coloration, sound field, and mask any trouble spots if possible like distortion, excess noise, phasing, etc.Worked in a full mastering suite using Genelec monitors along with accompanying monitors for reference, Manley Compressors and EQ, as well as Pro-Tools HD.

This was my first foray into the world of startups. Heck, back then it wasn't even en vogue to call companies like this 'startups'​. In essence you can say that these guys were running a 'startup' before it was cool : )Knotknown Records and & Knotradio.org was an independent record label and one of the first internet radio stations out on the web. It was a very student-centric organization that also catered to independent artists both locally and nationally. We did everything from live concerts to regular weekly programming focused on music and local culture.
