My name is Mychal Smith I’m a graduate from University of Cincinnati with my bachelors in the Public Health where I served as a Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. I also hold an Associate of Applied Science from Lincoln Tech, graduating from the Honors Program with Rank 1 and receiving the alpha beta gamma award. I have gained extensive professional experience in the healthcare field, working as a FIMR Coordinator at Butler County of Public Health, and a Medical Assistant at J.B Winter DO, LLC, Hamilton County Public Health, Equatis Health, and UC Health. In these roles, I have been involved in various responsibilities such as conducting interviews, managing medical records, administering tests and vaccines, providing healthcare education and treatment, coordinating staff, conducting phlebotomy, and handling data entry tasks. Additionally, I hold a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification and currently serve as a Chemical Dependency Assistant Counselor.In summary, I have accumulated a strong educational background in Medicine and Public Health, supported by my ongoing studies at the University of Cincinnati. With extensive experience as a Medical Assistant in various healthcare settings, I have developed a diverse skill set in patient care, medical procedures, data management, and coordinating healthcare activities. I have also been recognized for my academic achievements, including being part of honor societies and receiving awards.
