I have thrived to develop myself by earning masters in labour and industrial relation in 2015. I needed job experience hence securing a job in a financial institution in late 2004, where I rose to a career grade of assistant manager. I was so curious and believed that technology could handle most of the processes being handled manually in customer service delivery in the financial institution hence delving into information technology as Salesforce administrator and progressing to become salesforce advance administrator.I take full responsibility for my personal development and work hard whilst encouraging humor & laughter everywhere I lead. Teams I've led have always experienced low attrition & delivered sterling results as I purposefully create a humorous but productive environment.
