- Managed the development team responsible for building a turnkey management application and api's for the companies DSL copper loop diagnostic equipment.- Enabled fully automated installations and field upgrades, eliminating the need to involve personnel, reducing costs to near zero, and drastically improved customer goodwill.- Created a proxy based testing infrastructure that allowed us to develop against specified remote interfaces, and to identify any variances with spec, which greatly improved our time-to-market.
