For HNTB’s Northern California and Las Vegas offices, Mydria is primarily responsible for monitoring HNTB’s compliance with client contract equity goals and fostering relationships with the small business community. Her philosophy is to go beyond “checking the box,” and she does this by leading outreach activities and mentoring programs that support the success and growth of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE), and small/local business enterprises (SBE/LBE).

BART/CCJPA's Link21 Program aims to improve the passenger rail network in the Northern California megaregion by transforming it into a faster, more integrated system that provides a safe, efficient, equitable, and affordable mobility options. As part of the Program Management Consultant (PMC) Team, Mydria serves as Deputy Equity Manager and provides strategic support regarding how to incorporate equity throughout the program. She has been primarily involved with engagement and outreach activities and has organized and facilitated co-creation workshops with community-based organizations. The goal of the workshops is to give priority populations (e.g., historically underserved or marginalized communities that would be most impacted by the program) the opportunity to contribute to the vision, mission, and objectives of the Link21 program.

Provides staff augmentation services for toll agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Works with internal and external agency staff, technical specialists, customer service center (CSC) staff, and third parties to ensure the accurate processing of toll transactions and proper handling of customer-related issues for the Bay Area’s Express Lane Network and eight toll bridges.For the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District (GGBHTD), supports the operations of the All Electronic Tolling program on the Golden Gate Bridge. Specific duties include reviewing and reconciling toll system data and tracking the inventory of internal non-revenue vehicles and toll tags. Currently developing standard operating procedures to document the District’s processes and procedures related to revenue reconciliation and toll-related data revenue collection, analysis, and reporting.For the Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA), works with the CSC to research and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints. Also performs quality assurance audits of the CSC’s phone, email, and webchat communications.
