1. Responsible for Implementation and Coordination of different Railway Station Buildings, Ancillary Facilities like Goods Shed, Locomotive Garage, Generator Building, Station Platform, Approach road, Culvert, Parking platform, Pedestrian Overpass, Construction Curb with Fencing, Lawn Laying, Concrete shell, Retaining Wall construction work.2. Work as an in-charge of local (Nigerian) Station Engineers & giving proper support, instruction for timely completion of assigning work. Collecting the Daily Work Progress report from site local Engineer and Co-ordinate with Engineering Department.3. Site Acceptance Record Quantity Checking, Controlling, communicate and discuss with each site in charge (Expatriate) for any BOQ item shortfall or missing quantity.4. Communicate and Discussion with Consultant QS Engineer for timely approval of Site acceptance quantity.5. Assist to QS Department for preparation of IPC & price adjustment, Variation & Claims.7. Monitoring of Working Schedules, Plans the entire program of work.8. Monitoring the Daily HSE Report submitted by local Safety Officers and Co-ordinate with them to develop site safety Condition.

Detailed Quantification of Works and Materials.10. Assist to preparation of IPC (Interim payment Certificates), Variation Order (VO), Extension of Time (EOT).

Ensuring suitable deployment & timely availability of Manpower and equipment, materials to ensure timely execution of the projects. The monthly Labor Histograms accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning effectiveness.
