· Ensures that the operation of Surgical Services aligns with the hospital's Vision and Mission Statements, as well as its budgetary goals.· Oversee Payroll Processing for Main OR, PreOp, PACU, Anesthesia Tech, Cath Lab, and Sterile Processing Departments.· Provide administrative supervision to Managers of Surgical Services, OR, PAT, PREOP, PACU, Anesthesia Tech, Cath Lab, Sterile Processing, and Surgical Sales.· Manage and approve traveler's time and timecards.· Create Department Staff & Daily Call Schedules.· Coordinate Staff Meetings for RN Director & Supervisor.· Responsible for Data Analysis & Entry for all Surgical Services departments.· Orient and monitor new employees during departmental orientation and track their progress. Assign tasks progressively to ensure competence in all clinical categories. Identify clinical preceptors for new staff and students. · Maintain Employee Records & Quarterly Performance.· Deliver project progress and statuses to leadership to address productivity issues related to Revenue Cycle Management.
