"Dream big, chase passionately, and watch the impossible become reality.”My Story Growing up on a farm in rural South Africa taught me the value of hard work and perseverance. I followed my passion for farming, agri-business and economics at university, where I earned degrees in both fields. I then used my knowledge and skills to run my own companies in the agri-business sector.I faced many entrepreneurial challenges that required resilience and creativity.I also wanted to make a positive impact on the socio-economic development of our country. Therefor I joined various agricultural and cultural organizations that aimed to empower people. I also cared deeply about people development, therefor I invested in training and empowering the people in our organizations.Beyond my business, I was also passionate about social causes that improved the lives of others. I co-founded an NGO that supported school children from disadvantaged rural communities. I also funded welfare organizations that provided essential services to the needy.After I retired, I decided to pursue my curiosity for research, technology and social change. I conducted research in the townships of South Africa, where I saw the harsh realities of unemployment, inequality and poverty.I do not claim to be a specialist in any field, but rather a strategic thinker who can integrate the theories and views of experts from different disciplines. This approach led me to develop a strategy to promote new ideas to address the pressing issues of unemployment, inequality and poverty. I call this strategy: "Addressing Unemployment, Inequality, and Poverty: A Call to Rethink Strategies." I do not have a final blueprint to solve these problems, but I hope to raise awareness of the extent and the implications of these challenges for the future socio-economic stability of South Africa.This problem is much bigger than in South Africa because there are many other countries in the world where the socio-economic stability is being threatened by unemployment, poverty and inequality.Visit: https://www.myelearning.ai/ and https://myelearning.education/
