#Responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT major outages#Leading, Driving, Facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings andtechnical calls#Ensure all incidents are correctly prioritized, categorized, routed, restored/resolved andclosed within a particular SLA.#Responsible for performing analysis to reduce the major IT outages#Analyze data modules and derive logical conclusions#Elicits, Analyzes, specifies and validates the business needs of stakeholders#Ensuring proper escalation procedures are followed to engage correct support teams.#Make sure all the changes are properly managed and properly implemented.#Responsible for performing root cause analysis.#Documenting key actions and events during the technical call.#Notifying to senior leadership management of status and impact through emails andcontacting them to advise on the impact on the business.
