As a part of the Office of Colbert & Williams Consent Decree Compliance: serves as an Organization Monitor & Support Unit Compliance Auditor to Prime Agency Providers for the Comprehensive Class Member Transition Program (CCMTP). Develops reporting based on the outcome of Class Member transition activities, including activities that are designed to meet the established contract deliverables & targets, as mutually agreed upon between the Courts and the Illinois Department of Human Services - Division of Mental Health (IDHS-DMH). Monitors the Prime Agency's program development and confers with Senior Administrators on a written corrective action or performance improvement plans, if contractual obligations between the provider & IDHS-DMH have not been followed/met. Provides technical assistance & support to Prime Agency staff and presents feedback to CCMTP Senior Administrators. Assists Prime Agency Providers in identifying strategies to meet Key Performance Indicators, contract deliverables, and address matters that pertain to program initiatives - all while helping to resolve specific program concerns/issues.
