• Handling of MCMC cases from customers and solve issue.• Follow up current shipment status with hub team whenever no latest scan for a parcel• Handling chats (Concurrent chat – 8 chats)• Meeting with team when issue occur in task and resolve it with proper steps.• Amend and change of Customer when Customer/Shipper request .• Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments• Change of cash on delivery amount when Shipper request• Order Flyers and send email to Shippers once Tracking number generated in system• Assist manager callback and monitor the delivery until completed
