Responsible for delivering high-quality reward and benefits services. I lead the design and implementation of the company's reward and benefits strategy, policy, systems, and analytics. I also manage an employee relations program to confidentially resolve problems and performance issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Capable to oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment and employee services. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, handling promotions and resignations, and managing the onboarding process. The role also involves overseeing employee services such as staff movements, payroll, leave management, and compliance with tax and social security regulations. Additionally, managing employee grievances, drive engagement initiatives, and liaise with government departments to ensure compliance.

Organize to support the execution of key HR initiatives such as the Corporate Succession Plan, Leadership Development, and Performance Management. Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, designing and implementing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Also prepare and manage the training budget, maintain training records, and oversee the new joiner induction program. Additionally, involves in coordinating off-site training activities, handling employee relations, and supporting labor relations communication and organizational events.
