Overseeing the development and implementation of sales program and distribution for Distributor Channel where the target audience from distributors to dealers and to dealers’ staffs and to end consumers, encompassed the program and distribution road map development, which needs to be in alignment with company’s business objectives and KPIs. Provides customer insight with a holistic view covering all Ooredoo Myanmar products and services in order to enable marketing plan and propositions to be developed which will generate the target revenue and profit levels.Measures customer satisfaction and ensures Ooredoo Myanmar customer needs and experiences are met through the provision of meaningful research and insight.Responsible for the provision of information and evaluation of competitor activities in the market through Marketing research studies or benchmarking whether locally, regionally or globally.- Generate Daily/Weekly report on SIMs registration.- Generate Summary report with analysis for SIMs registration & activation, top-up, revenue and RGU.- Send out to Regional Managers on Daily SIMs registration to keep them on toe on what's happening in their regions.- Analyze on Dealer Recruitment to discover more dealers in new network coverage areas.- Support Regional projects by coordinating with Marketing and finance

• Implement quarterly tactical sales program, both nationwide and regional for the entire retail channel, to achieve Postpaid and Broadband target.• Track device sales performance across all outlets and provide monthly sales forecast. • Organize bi-annual Partners Conference to share our latest business roadmap, new product launch and new tactical program.
