I am a member of the Massge Therapist Association of Alberta, as well as the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200). Massage has been a passion since I graduated in 2004. I find each individual teaches me a new thing about my practice, I feel each Patient I treat is a Guru, waiting to teach me something. I discovered yoga about 15 years ago, but it took nearly a decade for me to take the plunge and pursue teaching Vinyasa. I went to Puerto Vallarta and found Davanayoga Shala in 2012, and completed the first 240 hours of yoga training.
