Conduct site surveys, engage customers regarding their needs, design customer requests, produce signs etc., offer quotes based on survey info. I can literally make channel letters by hand but I have no experience with machinery. I assist with installations as well and can elaborate on any/all duties.

Designed signs and artwork necessary for the production of signage, canopies, awnings, logos under the supervision of an art director.

Design of all sorts, car wraps to logos to social media to album covers to children's books to videos we do it all.

Along with my normals graphic skill set (designing logos, business cards, post cards (etc) and social media art) - I Design for everything from Speed Limit Signs (and various Road Signage for Communities) to Channel Letters, Box Signs, Monuments and Pylons. Also I have been able to learn a new program (Corel Draw) and pick up some new skills in production on the table (cutting, weeding, applying) and assisting on Installs (setting sign posts to the correct depth, leveling, cementing to hanging signs on buildings and installing faces in pylons)

Offer designs and advice to various volunteer orgs. I also layout pamphlets, hand outs and brochures. I like to keep busy and I like to help.

• Design and Produce all collateral materials for the Y (i.e. reports, guides, newsletters, brochures, flyers, advertisements, digital media and website graphics etc.). Ultimatly responsibile for accuracy and quality of all art related materials. • Serve as point person with printers/vendors regarding marketing materials and advertisements.• Serve as main facilitator/developer of social media outlets.• Serve as expert in advising organization on best print options for cost savings and quality of materials.• Serves as organization’s graphic design/desktop publishing specialist assisting departments with collateral needs.• Responsible for the front-end website, as well as all social media initiatives, including making daily updates to ensure content is current and provides membership and other visitors with correct schedules and event information, and educates constituencies about the Y’s mission.• Responsible for implementing and overseeing the digital media system, as well as producing/updating the content on the system. This includes daily updates and building out monthly calendars for system content.• Provide art direction and support for all programs in the YMCA and serve as a marketing/public relations resource for the Association.• Provide art direction/support in all development efforts including, endowment, and special events.• Responsible for administrative support to the VP of Marketing and to support necessary marketing functions.• Participate in the Marketing & Communications Committee.• Act as staff liaison to the Graphic Standards task force.• Participate in appropriate related special event committees.• Attend appropriate community events to represent the Y.• Implement character development and the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in all public relations aspects of the association’s operations. • Responsible for direction, growth and support to the Creative Asst. and to support necessary marketing functions.
